Junior Sales Account Manager 


Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Junior Sales Account Manager to play a pivotal role in our organization. This position revolves around managing key customer accounts, driving sales, and ensuring that our fashion products align with our clients’ needs and the latest industry trends. The ideal candidate should possess a deep passion for fashion, excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:
Take ownership of designated customer accounts, overseeing all aspects of their needs and requirements.
Foster and strengthen client relationships to enhance brand loyalty and trust.

Sales Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth within assigned accounts.
Identify opportunities and react quickly to seize new business.

Fashion Trend Expertise:
Stay at the forefront of the fashion industry, continually updating knowledge of trends and styles.
Share fashion insights and recommendations with clients, tailoring suggestions to their unique preferences through product packs and meetings.

Product Presentation:
Create and deliver engaging product presentations that showcase our offerings in a compelling manner.
Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure product alignment with client expectations.

Collaboration with International Teams:
Coordinate with our international teams, particularly in China, to facilitate pricing arrangements for selected items.
Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product readiness.

Reporting and Accountability:
Report directly to the Head of Sales, providing regular updates on account performance and status.
Assume responsibility for account sales, overall turnover, and product management.

Timely Execution:
Prioritize customer deadlines and organize workloads in accordance with critical path lead times for design and production.

Travel Requirements:
Be prepared to travel as required to nurture client relationships and support business objectives.

A profound passion for fashion and an in-depth understanding of current industry trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building lasting client relationships.
Proven experience in account management, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to meet client demands.
