Our design team travel to key fashion destinations including New York, Paris and Tokyo gaining inspiration and industry knowledge in all facets of the fashion world. From High End designers to independent boutiques, vintage markets, and exhibitions all over the globe.
Kojac use all forms of medium to gain trend intelligence analysing the most important global trends across the fashion industry online, editorials, art exhibitions, music festivals, pop culture and recognising social media trends to driving newness for our customers.
Design
Kojac is dedicated to delivering the latest on trend product, forecasting and reacting to leading trends. We are proud of our product and ensure it’s at the forefront of fashion with speed to market innovation.
Kojac have an experienced design team across both china and the UK.
Our designers have excessive trend and market knowledge as well as component buying power to hand make in house at our central London studio.
Each designer is dedicated and trained within a specified accessory’s field together showcasing experience across the UK High Street, brands include Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Oasis, River Island and Asos.
Production
The expectations and reputation of our clients is at the forefront of everything we do. At Kojac, we ensure that our manufacturers are carefully selected, with great consideration. We regularly monitor our productions, conducting thorough internal audits to ensure we are maintaining a level of absolute compliance with local and international laws and continue to practice ethical trading in all manners of processing.
We have 3 on site production teams, with a total of 45 workers and a capacity of 450k pcs per month.
Our experienced sample making team develop1.5m new samples per month, ensuring we are always on top of the latest trends.
Testing
Kojac offers extensive testing for jewellery covering a wide range of materials, from both precious and non-precious metals to gemstones and polymer materials.
Our inspectors will test your products against relevant safety regulations and quality standards, checking their flammability, tension, corrosion resistance, and other performance characteristics. Our testing expertise will help you ensure that your product quality and safety remain uncompromised.
We conduct lab tests at every stage of the production cycle, including Pre-Production, Production, and After Market, testing samples of raw materials as well as finished products.
Quality Control
Kojac’s in house product inspectors conduct the following tests to check the quality and performance characteristics of our products:
- Workmanship review
- Accelerated nickel free test on plated items
- Pull test on chain and closing system
- Chain clasp tension test
- Magnet breakaway feature
- Small Parts
We can also arrange for 3rd party QC if required.
